Introduction to Three Technological Processes of Jinan Floor Paint Construction
1. Ground treatment of foundation: (cement foundation, terrazzo foundation, diamond foundation)
Firstly, the strength (up to C-25) and surface smoothness (less than 2-3mm/2M) of the base surface are tested, then the moisture content (below 8%) of the surface and the humidity (85%) and temperature (10-35 degrees) of the indoor environment are tested. Then, whether the base surface is cracked or contaminated by oil pollution is observed. The data of the above items are archived to inform Party A that the base surface is made. What will be the quality of the project? If the quality of the foundation ground is poor, it is necessary to put forward improvement plan and discuss with Party A. The quality of cement foundation treatment is the guarantee of the project. After treatment, the surface strength meets the construction standard of floor paint, and there is no crack and oil stain on the surface. After cleaning, the epoxy primer coating can be applied.
2. Construction of epoxy primer: Material proportioning should be adjusted according to the standard proportion. Material should be fully stirred in clockwise and counterclockwise directions. After defoaming for 3 minutes, the primer material should be rolled one or two times on the treated base floor by rolling coating method, with an interval of 8 hours, and then the second way of epoxy primer should be coated after drying. Layer is mainly a cohesive function, the foundation floor and epoxy coating are bonded together to avoid delamination.
3. Epoxy mortar coating construction: after mixing the material of AB component in epoxy evenly in proportion, adding 1:0.5 quartz sand to mix evenly, and then defoaming for 3 minutes, the construction can be carried out by scraping and dysprosium coating method.
